Fall 2018 (4 months) – Junior Project Analyst-Ontario Ministry of Energy, Northern Development and Mines
- Manipulated data using research techniques and interpretations of findings for consolidation of policies, reports, project/studies, briefings, and presentations.
- Analyzing Ontario EWRB data taken from the CRM system and using Microsoft dynamics and MS Excel to filter data as needed and find meaningful trends in reporting.
- Calculating Energy intensities and normalizing the Ontario BPS data for 2016 and finding possible data entry errors and cleaning the data set using Advanced MS Excel skills before releasing to the public.
- Develops and maintains contacts and serves as a liaison to discuss program issues and options for new initiatives, provide advice to exchange information, and help evaluate the impact on legislation and policy.
- Taking the place of an IT personnel to perform Regression testing in UAT environment before releasing updates on the CRM system.

- Provide an excellent customer service by meeting the needs and demands of customers in a genuine friendly fast and efficient manner.
- Manage all front-end inquiries and holding responsibilities in running the store.
- Printing and submitting daily sales budget reports to corporate at the end of the day.

- Impressed the Pharmacists and the Store Manager by being a quick learner.
